Mohammad Abdel-Salam has been involved in Air transport / Airport operation advanced Soft & Leadership skills, Training and Coaching for more than 35 years. He has a great passion in Aviation and Tours standard developing programs using his broad range of experience, which he gained from working in Civil Aviation Authority and Airline management in several reputable organizations in Jordan/Syria. Academically, he holds an English Language Diploma & Aeronutical Communication Operation Diploma. Professionally, he holds many International certificates in Civil Aviation, and he is an Instructional Competencies Course, ICAO Train Air Plus Course Successfully Pass JAA ICAO Training Instructor Course TIC1 & TIC2 (ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS Standardized Training). In Addition, he holds Allot of Civil Aviation courses in many fields from (Pakistan, Jordan University, AACO and Queen Noor Technical College) in Additional to that he was a presentative of many USA spare parts and Algerian Tours companies Mohammad is currently Technical advisor of Phoenix Consultancy & Training 2020 till end of 2025 an instructor in Queen Noor Technical College QNAC /Amman; previously he was working as Head of air licensing Department of Air Licensing Division at Directorate of Air Transport /Civil Aviation Regulatory Community, was working as Vice President of Ugarit Aviation Co. at Syria / Air Transport /Airline planning manager of PAL.
